I have had a daily craving for cake lately, which does not bode well since I am currently on my mission. Thankfully this mug cake concoction entered my life! It’s delicious, simple and takes care of my cravings without breaking the macro bank. It does take a little prep but lasts awhile.
Mornings can be tough around here, especially during the school year. I am a fan of the snooze button. I’m also a master at convincing myself of anything when I’m half- asleep. Guys, I’m telling you, it’s crazy! So needless to say, I am not a morning person and I’ve passed this trait on to my kids. I’ve learned that a routine is absolutely essential if I want to get my school age kids on the bus, my preschooler where he needs to be and myself to work on time. Preferably all in a calm and happy manner.
You’ll see by my measurements below that my start hasn’t necessarily gone completely as I hoped. This wasn’t entirely unexpected because there are points I need to improve on. I am happy that I stayed focused and I’ve seen benefits.
I’m currently trying to figure my way out of $31,000 of debt and folks, I’m struggling. At this moment in time, I do not bring in enough money to cover all my bills and I am behind by a lot. Just today, I paid for my groceries with change*. Change. I’ve spent countless hours researching online for solutions and ideas. I’ve stressed, cried, pleaded, and obsessed over all of this to no avail. Then it dawned on me. I have to take a different approach. But first, lets talk about why.
